Louisville Chinese Christian Church is looking for
​a full-time pastor

主要职责：
1. 教导：圣经真理、牧养、造就、门训信徒。
2. 领导：有异象、带领同工、教会合一、传福音。
3. 关怀：有爱心热心、探访、善于沟通、明白文化差异。

资格：
1. 清楚神的呼召带领。
2. 神学道学硕士或以上学历。
3. 2年以上牧会经验为佳（北美留学经验优先）。
4. 流利中文、英文沟通。
5. 有居留身份（有绿卡优先）。

 Main responsibilities:
* Teaching: Biblical truth, pastoral care, edification, and discipleship of believers.
* Leadership: having a vision, leading co-workers, uniting the church, and preaching the gospel.
* Caring: caring servant, visiting, good at communication, understanding of cultural differences.

Qualifications:
* Understand God’s calling and leading.
* Master of Divinity or above.
* More than 2 years of pastoral experience is preferred (experience studying abroad in North America is preferred).
* Communicate fluently in Chinese and English.
* Have residence status (green card is preferred).
